These terms govern sales made on mellowpets.fr between SAHKA LTD, a company registered in England with its registered office at 71 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (the Seller), and any individual acting for non-professional purposes (the Customer). Placing an order means accepting these terms in full.
The products offered are life jackets and accessories for dogs. Photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match, particularly on colours.
Warning: our jackets are buoyancy aids. They do not replace active supervision by the owner. Never leave your dog unattended in or near water.
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax, excluding shipping, which is stated before the order is finalised. Products are invoiced at the prices in force when the order is placed.
The Customer selects the products, reviews the cart, enters their details and confirms the order. Confirmation constitutes acceptance of the prices, descriptions and these terms. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order that appears abnormal or made in bad faith.
Payment is made online by card or any other method offered at checkout. Orders are processed only once payment has been received. Transactions are secure and the Seller never has access to the Customer's full card details.
Terms, destinations and timeframes are set out in our shipping policy. Stated timeframes are indicative. Unless stated otherwise, the Seller delivers at the latest 30 days after the contract is concluded.
The Customer has 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty (articles L221-18 and following of the French Code de la consommation for customers resident in France). Mellow Pets extends this commercially to 30 days. See our refund policy.
Customers resident in France benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the Code de la consommation) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Code civil).
The Seller cannot be held liable for misuse of the product, an unsuitable size chosen by the Customer, normal wear, lack of supervision of the animal, or events of force majeure.

All elements of the site remain the exclusive property of the Seller. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
Complaints should be sent to contact@mellowpets.fr. We undertake to reply within 48 business hours and to seek an amicable solution before any proceedings.
Consumers resident in France keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of French consumer law, in accordance with article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I). Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts of the Customer's place of residence.
